We were from out of town. Debbie identified the areas where we would like to live, based on the preferences we expressed. She stayed close to our price point and introduced us to the Fort Sheridan neighborhood, which we absolutely loved. TL;DR Smart, professional, knowledgable - Highly recommended! Debbie is a wonderful agent who seems to have a sixth sense for finding gems. I was looking for an apartment on the North Side and Debbie knew just where to look and how to help me navigate the options during this strange time to start renting (during the pandemic). The condo in the neighborhood that was the most comparable to mine, is still on the market, and just now lowered it from $285 to $275.
